How much does QronoPlay cost, and is there a free trial?
QronoPlay offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After that, three plans: Starter at €9.90/month (1 campaign, 500 plays), Pro at €29.90/month (5 campaigns, 5,000 plays, 11 games) and Business at €99/month (unlimited campaigns, 50,000 plays, QronoPass included). No commitment, cancel anytime from your client area.
Is QronoPlay refundable if I'm not satisfied?
The 7-day trial is free and card-free, so you test with zero risk. Once subscribed, you can cancel anytime from your client area — your plan stays active until the end of the current month then stops automatically. Beyond the legal withdrawal period (14 days for consumers in the EU), we review each refund request case by case.
Are QronoPlay prices in euros or local currency?
All QronoPlay prices are billed in euros (EUR), with French VAT applicable based on your country and tax status. Non-EU customers and professionals with a valid intra-EU VAT number benefit from reverse charge. Your monthly invoice is downloadable from your client area.
What kinds of games can I create with QronoPlay?
Eleven games are available: prize wheel, instant win, digital scratch card, quiz, puzzle, slot machine, darts, challenge (HoleWall), card trick (Claw), bowling and BottleRing. Each game is fully customisable (logo, colours, prizes, win rules) and runs on mobile with no app to install — a single QR code scan is enough.
How does the QronoPlay QR code work, and is it secure?
Every QR code generated by QronoPlay is cryptographically signed (HMAC) to prevent fraud (reuse, copy). The player scans, lands on the game page on mobile (PWA, no install), plays, and the outcome is bound to their unique QR code. You can generate QR codes in bulk (per item, basket or event) or one reusable QR code, depending on your use case.
Does QronoPlay support multiple languages and my own branding?
Yes. The player UI is available in 5 languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian) with automatic language detection. On the branding side, you customise the logo, primary/secondary colours, visual ambience (9 presets) and every player-facing string. White-label custom domains are available on the Business plan.
Is QronoPlay GDPR-compliant, and where is data hosted?
QronoPlay is 100% GDPR-compliant: explicit consent before any marketing opt-in, right of access/rectification/deletion, processing register kept, DPA available. All data is hosted exclusively in France at OVH (Roubaix and Strasbourg) with no transfer outside the EU. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) can be signed directly from your client area.
How does QronoPlay prevent cheating on prize games?
The draw engine runs server-side with cryptographic signing, so it cannot be tampered with from the browser. Every QR code is HMAC-signed (anti-reuse), every play is tracked (IP, fingerprint, timestamp) and an anti-collusion system detects multiple attempts from the same device. You configure your win rules (probability, time window, daily prize cap) from the admin panel.
How long does QronoPlay retain player data?
By default, plays are retained for 24 months (the period needed to run marketing campaigns and prize tracking) then purged automatically. Opt-in contacts are kept until the player revokes consent (unsubscribe link in every email). You can configure a shorter retention period from your admin panel, or export and delete your data at any time.
What is the difference between QronoPlay and Qualifio?
Qualifio is a broad enterprise marketing suite (forms, games, surveys) with custom pricing typically in the four-to-five-figure range per month. QronoPlay specialises in QR-code-triggered marketing games (point of sale, packaging, events) with transparent public pricing from €9.90/month and an immediate free trial with no sales contact required. If your need is centred on physical QR code activation, QronoPlay is better suited.
QronoPlay or Drimify — which should I choose?
Drimify offers a broad catalogue of customisable HTML5 games, mainly for the web. QronoPlay is built around the QR code trigger (anti-fraud signing, physical prize management, native multi-locale) and includes a server-side draw engine that fits French consumer-protection rules. If your activation is physical or on packaging, QronoPlay integrates more tightly; if you need a large catalogue for web campaigns, Drimify has a wider range.
Why choose QronoPlay over Easypromos?
Easypromos is a Spanish platform focused on social-media contests and sweepstakes (Instagram, Facebook). QronoPlay is designed for physical, QR-code-triggered marketing, with French OVH hosting, French-speaking support and native GDPR compliance (no extra-EU transfer).
